Can you go through each topic in each forum, and modify the Subject when the whatever (issue for example) has been resolved. For example, if Subject is "Dues Renewal Cron Script", change to "Dues Renewal Cron Script :: RESOLVED" This will go a long ways to organize the forums so easier to deal with.
