Admin > System > Manage Settings > Configuration > States
This is where you choose the states or provinces that your members want to be promoted in. For instance, if you are located in the middle of the state, you might want to select only that state. If you are near a border, you might want to select two or three states or provinces. Your members can then select their individual preference(s) (service area) from this list. Each dues-paid member can be found in the Member Search for the areas they have chosen. |

Admin > System > Manage Settings > Configuration > Payment Settings
We provide three options for accepting payments. PayPal is very easy to setup. Simply input your PayPal Email address. You can get the proper keys from Stripe or Authorize dot-net. A benefit of Authorize dot-net is that it accepts electronic checks. After entering the proper keys, you will then have to also scroll down and select payment method. Don't forget to enter the "Check Payable To Name" for those who still pay with paper checks. |

Admin > Events and Meetings > Manage Events > Manage Attendees > Sign-in/out
You can use the sign-in/out system to track attendance. First: attendees must be registered. You can auto-register all or have them register themselves. At the beginning of the meeting, you will find five icons on the left of the screen. The third icon down looks like a person. Tap it. This will open a list of people who are registered for the event. Near the top of the page click on the orange [Select All] button. Then click the blue [Broadcast :: Signin] button. This will send a text message to everyone registered. At the end of the meeting, repeat this process, this time clicking the [Broadcast Signout] button. For further discussion of the attendees' experience, see the Participate Board. To view the explainer video for this topic, click the link above. |
