We use a text-message sign-in/out system for maintaining attendance records. It works like this:
Step 1. You will receive a text message at the beginning of the event.
Step 2. A token word will be announced at about the same time.
Step 3. You will tap on a link in the text message.
Do NOT reply to the text.
Step 4. Our website will open on your phone.
Step 5. You might have to scroll down just a little, but all you do is enter the token word into the field and tap submit. When you get the green success banner, you have signed in.
Kick back and enjoy the event.
Repeat this process at the end of the event.
Step 6. Recieve a text message.
Step 7. Tap the link.
Step 8. Enter the token and submit.
Step 9. You will receive a certificate of attendance by both text message and Email.
Important Hint: You have to register for the event first!!
