The Configurations tab is the meat-and-potatoes of the setup. Just take them one at a time. Scroll down making selections and infilling fields. If it doesn't seem relevant or you don't understand it, skip it. You can always change it later.
When you get to the bottom, click [Save Configuration]. If you get an error, follow the prompts to correct and save again. For more detailed help, read below.
Don't get bogged down in the minutae. Once you get to the bottom of Configuration, move on to Memberships.
